The following t-shirt printing FAQs are fairly comprehensive, but if they do not answer your question, or if you have a specific request, then contact us and we will provide the information you need.
For online orders:
Depending on the your shipping option selection you will receive your order between 5 & 9 working days.
From 2 item, you can select Free delivery. In this case your order will be sent by regular post.
If you select this option you may receive your item 9 working days after you order it.
However because we print and send from Australia you will get your order often earlier.

If you select this option you will receive your order 5 working days after you order it.
You order has a tracking number and is insured if not delivered.

For Orders Placed by Email:
Usual Lead Time is one week to 10 days for larger orders from proof approval and receipt of payment. However most orders can be done quicker.

Yes you can use Paypal for all online orders.
We accept any files but we prefer eps file.
However, if the quality is not appropriate to give you the best print we may have to re-do the artwork and charge a design fee.

Depending on your order we can use different type of printing technique.
Usually under 25 prints we use a digital print techniqe with 4 differetn options:
- Direct to Garment Digital Printing (DTG)
- Digital Transfer Printing
- Vinyl Printing
Over 25 you will have the option to use screen printing, it's often the best technique to use for 1/4 colour print or multi colour artworks into larger quantities.
We can advise you on the best method for your design, just email us your artwork to email@example.com and let us know the quantity required.
No no minimus, but for screen printing the minimum is 25 prints.
Yes, just let us know the quantity and make (eg: Cotton, Polyster) and email to firstname.lastname@example.org your artwork for a quote.
