 Direct-On-Garment digital inkjet printing process:This direct to garment digital printing technique uses state of the art technology to print images directly to the garment. Digital printing provides excellent image durability and wash fastness, and provides a soft, breathable image feel. This process is perfect for small orders requiring vibrant full colour or photographic images.
The process involves taking a high resolution image and printing the image directly onto the Garment. We can print images in most formats including BMP,TIF, GIF, AI, Jpeg. The quality of the image produced is directly related to the quality of the image supplied so it is important to supply a quality images. CON: -Can get expensive for large quantity compare to screen printing
-Only available for print on Cotton.   Screen Printing process:Screens are made by putting a chemical emulsion on a mesh surface. The screen is then exposed on a light table with the artwork under it. The light solidifies the chemicals around the design, and where the light failed to pass through, the chemical breaks down. The screen is then rinsed out and what is left is the area where the light hit. When screen printing, one colour at a time is applied and therefore the cost will increase with each additional colour applied. Likewise a separate screen is required for each colour, and hence, it may be uneconomical if only a small quantity of clothing is required.
Normally, when you place an order for screen printed clothing there is a Setup charge which covers the cost of having the design made into a screen. . One screen is required for each different design, and different screens are required for each colour printed, and each different location of printing. For example, a one colour front and back print requires two screens if the design on the front is different to the design on the back. At CustomYouShirt.com we don’t have any setup charge as it’s often confusing for the client, we factor it in our price so you know exactly how much it’s going to coast you per unit without having to calculate setup charge and other fees. Please note that with screen printing the price vary depending of the number of colours to print. In contrary of digital technology who allow printing in Full colour regardless of the quantity.

Cat Cut printing process:
Also called Plot printing is available in two forms:
Flock is a "velvety" print and the design is slightly raised from the surface. Flex is matte and lies flat on the textile. This print technique doesn't allow colour blending, merging or fading. Designs for plot printing must be submitted as a vector graphic (i.e. Freehand, Illustrator or Corel Draw). Firstly the logo or text need to have an outline added. Then, the design is input direct into a digital cutter which electronically cuts the design on to a single colour sheet of flock, foil or vinyl. The uncut areas are then removed by hand. This process is known as “weeding”. The cut panels are then taken and are applied using a commercial heat press and silicone paper. See price list PRO:

Embroidery process:We offer embroidered clothing service, including work wear, uniform embroidery, corporate and promotional clothing embroidery. All high quality at affordable prices. Embroidery is the process by which a design is sewn onto a garment using a computerized embroidery machine. The process gives a highly professional long lasting appearance and is suitable for text or logos. We use modern industrial embroidery machines which give a professional finish. See price list In order to produce an embroidered logo we have to manually redraw the logo in a format which can be read by an embroidery machine. This conversion process is known as digitisation. Plain text in simple fonts is easier and therefore cheaper to convert than embroidered logos. If you use one of our fonts their is no setup cost other way we have to charge you $55 (incl GST).
